It was near shopping areas and seemed centrally placed. The room was large and spacious. Front desk response was relatively fast. The room was old age friendly. It was noticeably cleaned. Bathroom cleanliness a plus. Beds made to perfection.Breakfast offered a variety of options for your taste and type preference. We felt safe. Many restaurant options surrounded the hotel. Staff used English well. Front desk personnel were very helpful and pleasant. Mechelle was exceptional. We found that overall the hotel was kept extremely clean particularly bathrooms, not only in your room but in the lobby as well. We would rate Ramada as our best hotel experience in our travels abroad.

Ramadan Plaza arranged our pickup from the airport which was exceptional. Our Taxi driver Dennis was very polite and courteous. He was there holding a sign with our name, when we arrived at the hotel we met Carlos another amazing employee of the hotel. He assisted by suggesting and arranging a wonderful tour of San Blast Island and the Natural pool. Room was supper clean with clean service every day. Housekeepers and Breakfast staff was amazing. The location was ideal. Walking distance to Multi Plaza Mall and 15-20 minutes to the coolest mall i have ever visited once no traffic. I will most definitely travel to Panama and stay at the Ramada Plaza.

The room was fabulous for the price, it was very clean and comfy and I had a side view of the sea. The spa made an effort to fit me in on request, there was a nice area to sit by the small pool, and the man on reception at night was very friendly and helpful. There was a handy small shop and cafe right next door. It's possible to walk to the mall.

The best experience and hotel in a very long time of my travels around different countries. Everything is perfect: check-in, the staff helps at every step, pays attention to details, the hotel creates comfort and coziness at every step, you don't think about anything. The room is amazing, not small, clean, no noise, a beautiful view of the city, the space is well thought out. There is mouthwash in the bathroom. Room service is perfect, the restaurant is delicious, especially the chicken soup and octopus. Breakfast is everything you need and there is nothing superfluous, no excess food. It is located 6 minutes walk from the shopping center and 15 minutes drive from the international airport. We did not use the pool, as we had transit flights and we stayed at the hotel only for shopping.

Everything was easy and the location was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Adriano. The room was spacious and quiet. We loved the breakfast buffets, and there are plenty of restaurants within a short walk. There is also a mall with a grocery store about 10 minutes walk away.

Our room on the 5th floor had a nice view of the ocean. The beds were super comfortable! Breakfast was buffet style and had a wide variety of food to choose from. The dining room itself, as well as the bar, was very pleasantly decorated . The spa was fabulous! The sports massage was well worth it!

Entire Hotel was spotless. Good location, just a skip up the block to a couple of restaurants, besides the hotel's own. And but a 10-minute hoof to MultiPlaza. Pleasant dining area, with decent included breakfast. Peaceful outdoor pool setting, with views. Comfortable beds.

Modern and spacious room, clean & quite, comfortable bed, huge flat TV (we could easily connect it to our Netflix), good buffet breakfast (was included), good restaurant (ate dinner there twice), a minute walk to good restaurants (ate at Assisi the Italian and Trapiche the local, liked both), swimming pool, a short walk (less than 10 min.) to a huge mall, easy and fast access to any point in the city (using Uber). Last but not least, the cost of staying at this solid 4 stars hotel was a real bargain!

Mostly everything was great. The room was clean, bathroom, mirrors, sinks...exceptional! Breakfast was nice with some variety everyday. The staff at the spa was also very pleasant.
